Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how return, exchange, and refund requests are reviewed for Royal Plaza orders.

1. Introduction

This Refund & Return Policy applies to products purchased from Royal Plaza through royalplaza.lk, including hand bags, shoes, wallets, perfumes, school bags, sunglasses, socks, belts, slippers, key tags, caps, ties, hankies, umbrellas, and gift boxes.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for review, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase or order details may be required where applicable.

3. Return Time Period

Customers should contact Royal Plaza within 3 days of receiving the product for return-related concerns. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items may include used products, products damaged by the customer, opened perfume items, socks and hankies for hygiene reasons, customized or specially prepared gift items where applicable, products without proof of purchase, and items reported after the return period.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If a customer receives a damaged product or wrong product, they should contact Royal Plaza as soon as possible with order details and clear photo or video proof so the issue can be reviewed.

6. Refund Process

Refunds are reviewed after checking the returned product and order details. Refund approval depends on inspection. Approved refunds may be made through the original payment method or another suitable method decided by Royal Plaza.

7. Exchange Process

Exchanges may be allowed depending on product availability, size or color availability, and product condition. If the preferred replacement is unavailable, Royal Plaza may discuss another suitable option with the customer.

8. Return Shipping

Return delivery or shipping cost may be the customer's responsibility unless the issue happened due to a Royal Plaza error, damaged item, or wrong item.

9. Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges may not always be refundable. Royal Plaza will review delivery charge refunds based on the reason for the return.

10. Refund Time

Refund processing time may depend on PayHere, the bank, or the payment provider processing time after Royal Plaza approves a refund.
